TOM DYMOND
Tom Dymond is an exceptional freelance rider and trainer, with competition rides in all disciplines, he offers schooling and tuition to suit you and your horse.
Monty Roberts qualified, BHSAI and MRPCH, Tom has a great deal of experience in all aspects of horsemanship.
With a thorough knowledge of eventing and cross-country training, Tom offers highly professional sessions, taking the time to invest with you and your horse to achieve results.

Mel Richardson
Mel Richardson has 25 years of equine experience, she is fully insured, has BHS Level 3 and hunts a large variety of horses through riding for Hart Equine.
Mel specialises in working with both young horses and nervous riders. Having taken clinics with nervous riders, Mel’s expertise focuses on increasing the confidence of the rider and allowing the horse to respond.
Having trained up to advanced medium dressage, Mel’s current goal is to produce and event her new youngster.

Hugo Payne
Hugo Payne is a full time Event Rider and Riding Instructor. He runs his own and clients’ horses alongside a busy livery yard at Chelwood Equestrian Centre on Ashdown Forest, East Sussex. Hugo has his UKCC Level 2 Qualification and over 15 years experience teaching pupils of all ages and abilities. Hugo is an accredited Pony Club coach with First Aid At Work Certificate, DBS, Safeguarding, CPD and is fully insured.
He regularly teaches Riding Clubs and Pony Clubs, as well as holding Polework, Gridwork and Jumping clinics at his yard in Chelwood Gates and at local venues.
Hugo’s passion is cross-country riding and training. With a focus on confidence of both horse and rider. Paying particular attention to rider position and the horse’s way of going. Hugo is currently producing horses up to Intermediate level eventing and training towards CCI3*-S level this season.
